Go to shopEvery year, more than 300 different events are organised underground, both intimate and for several hundred participants. The Mine hosts concerts of classical and popular music, theatrical performances, sports events (including a professional boxing gala and a Tour de Pologne race gala), ceremonial balls, art exhibitions, conferences and training sessions.
Many years of experience and constant cooperation with numerous companies and institutions guarantee high quality of services provided by the Mine, thanks to which guests remember every event organised underground for a long time.The estimate depends on the details of the event and is prepared individually.

The “Wieliczka” Salt Mine provides its own catering tailored to each type of event. With our help you can organise a coffee break for the participants of a training session, an exquisite tasting during a business meeting, as well as a banquet or party for several hundred participants.
For the needs of events organised on the surface, catering is provided by the Grand Sal Hotel**** restaurant. There is a fully equipped kitchen is available underground, so all dishes are always prepared on site. We use fresh products, ensuring the highest quality.
The organiser can decide what the dress code of the planned event will be like, without concerns related to the character of the place – the “Wieliczka” Salt Mine provides the guests of the events with a lift ride in and out, as well as a comfortable access road to the location of the event. If a tour of the mine is planned before the start of the event, the guests go underground via the stairs down to level I (in such cases, descent via lift is possible at an extra charge). There is a cloakroom near each chamber dedicated to the organisation of an event.
The temperature in the underground is 17–18ºC.
For the greater comfort of event participants, all chambers and corridors are well lit.
There are many additional attractions in the Mine that you can organise for the participants of an event. Guests can be invited to visit the Tourist Route or the Miners’ Route, but there are many more possibilities available.

It is worth knowing that underground spaces are inaccessible to tourists during the event, only the participants of the event have access to them.
Yes, guests of underground events have access to various amenities including cloakrooms and toilets. Some of the spaces also have access to the Internet and mobile networks of selected operators, and even a wardrobe or a drink bar. Each of the event chambers has its own catering facilities. We also provide the organiser of the event with technical equipment (e.g. screen, projector), detailed information on the equipment of a given location can be found here.

Yes, the Warszawa Chamber there is a place where artists can prepare themselves for the performance in peace and quiet.
The two largest event chambers, i.e. Warszawa and Haluszka I, which often host artistic events, have stages that can be used by performers.
Accommodation for the participants of events can be organised in the Grand Sal**** Hotel. The hotel is located in the picturesque St Kinga’s Park, right next to the Daniłowicz Shaft, where guests descend to the underground for the event.
